However, should you ever not be fully satisfied with the quality or condition of the product you received, or it wasn't what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and we will arrange to replace the damaged print at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
